Because the mailboxes live on the same account as a website, one plan covers both. If you only need email, point your domain's MX records at the account and leave the web root empty; nothing on the plan requires a website to exist.

Email storage limit: on cPanel hosting, mailboxes share the plan's NVMe storage with the website, from 10 GB on Starter to 750 GB on Ultimate, and you set a quota per mailbox in cPanel (or leave it unlimited within the plan). There is no separate per-mailbox cap sold as an add-on.

Open Email Deliverability in cPanel: it shows whether SPF and DKIM are valid for each domain and offers to repair them. Add a DMARC record in the Zone Editor to tell receiving servers what to do with mail that fails those checks. With the three records in place, your mail is signed by the server and your domain name cannot be used by spammers without the receiver noticing.

If messages still land in spam, the usual causes are a new domain with no sending history, a bulk mailing sent from a shared mailbox, or a missing reverse-DNS entry; the emails going to spam guide works through each one, and the SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup guide shows the records line by line. For newsletters, use a mailing service rather than a mailbox; shared hosting is for business correspondence, not bulk sending.
