Nextcloud Enterprise Subscriptions and Dedicated Instances

Nextcloud Enterprise is the certified, supported build of Nextcloud with a maintenance lifecycle of one to five-plus years and vendor reaction times. Nextcloud sells it from 100 users; MassiveGRID provides it from 50 users as a dedicated, single-tenant instance it hosts and operates, on the Standard, Premium or Ultimate tier with the add-ons you choose, priced per user with hosting from $15.22 per user per month and billed annually. Teams of 1 to 50 get the Enterprise branch on the shared Nextcloud Hub platform instead.

What a Nextcloud Enterprise subscription buys

Same code, longer promise

Nextcloud Enterprise and the community edition are the same AGPL-licensed software. The subscription buys four things around it. A maintenance lifecycle: one year on Standard and five-plus years on Premium and Ultimate, against roughly twelve months for a community release, which lets a regulated organisation stay on a validated version while security fixes keep arriving. A certified build: Nextcloud describes Enterprise as pre-configured, optimised and hardened for large, production-critical deployments. Reaction times: two business days on Standard, one on Premium, and one hour to 24 hours by agreement on Ultimate, with direct access to Nextcloud's engineers. A bundle on Ultimate: the Assistant, Flow, Whiteboard, the Exchange and Teams connectors and the Outlook add-in, which are add-ons or unavailable on the lower tiers.

Nextcloud prices the subscription from 100 users, at 71.29, 104.99 and 204.75 euros per user per year for Standard, Premium and Ultimate at the time of writing, falling with volume. Below 100 users it points buyers at hosted services and partners, which is where MassiveGRID comes in. Our Enterprise vs Community guide goes through the tiers in detail.

Nextcloud Enterprise, Answered

Same software. Enterprise adds a certified build, a maintenance lifecycle of one year (Standard) or five-plus years (Premium, Ultimate) against about twelve months for a community release, vendor reaction times, and on Ultimate a bundle of apps and connectors. Nothing is removed from the community version.
From Nextcloud directly, from 100 users: 71.29, 104.99 and 204.75 euros per user per year for Standard, Premium and Ultimate at the time of writing, falling from 200 users. From MassiveGRID as a dedicated hosted instance, from 50 users: licence plus $9 hosting, so $15.22 per user per month on Standard and $18.17 on Premium, billed annually, with Ultimate, add-ons and support levels quoted on top.
Yes. MassiveGRID's Hub plans give 1 to 50 users the Nextcloud Enterprise Ultimate branch on a shared platform from $5.90 per user per month, and dedicated instances from 50 users carry a subscription in your own name.
Standard if you want the certified branch and a support contract and can take a major upgrade yearly. Premium if you need the five-year lifecycle, clustering support and a one-business-day reaction time, which is what most regulated organisations buy. Ultimate if you want the Assistant, Flow, Whiteboard and the Microsoft connectors, which cost less bundled than as add-ons on Premium.
In any MassiveGRID datacenter: New York, London, Frankfurt and Singapore for instant deployment, and the wider partner network of 700+ facilities for specific in-country requirements. Tell us the jurisdiction in the quote request.
Use the calculator for the licence, hosting and support figure, then send the user count, tier, add-ons, datacenter and whether you need your own domain, SSO or a BAA. We confirm the price, the installation review and a go-live plan, usually within two business days.
